GUEST USE OF AMOS LAKE IS DONE AT THEIR OWN RISK INCLUDING SWIMMING, BOATING, CANOEING, PADDLE BOARDING, AND KAYAKING. LIFE JACKETS ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE COTTAGE AND ARE RECOMMENDED FOR GUEST SAFETY. THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY AT AMOS LAKE.

By booking your room in the cottage you agree and have read the stated guest policies listed above. You agree to leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cottage Inn from all liability, loss, costs, or damage in relation to your stay and including, but not limited to, any lake and water activities you choose to participate in, including swimming, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing.

1. NO SMOKING

The Cottage Inn has a 100% NO SMOKING policy including NO VAPING of any kind. Any smoking must be outside, beyond the patio and parking area clear of the cottage and all windows that may be occupied by additional guests.

2. NO GUESTS

The Cottage has a 100% NO GUEST policy. This applies to overnight guests or additional guests staying at the Cottage that weren't agreed upon at booking. For specific questions, give us a call.

3. NO PARTIES

The Cottage Inn has a 100% NO PARTY policy. Unless the rental is a whole house booking, all guests must be accommodating to other guests and keep the peace.

4. NO PETS

The Cottage Inn has a 100% NO PET policy. Guest may have allergies to dog and cat hair.

We would like all guest experiences to be stress-free.

5. NO NOISE - QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00 p.m. - 7:30 A.M.

The Cottage Inn has a 100% NO NOISE policy. Please be considerate of all parties in the cottage whether it be in the public areas or in your room. Keep your digital devices and TV volumes at a reasonable decibel and be respectful of others.
